If you send us an e-mail, your data (e-mail address, name and phone number if applicable) is stored to answer the questions. Data in this context will be deleted it the data is not needed anymore or the processing will be restricted if legal provisions for record retention exists.
Collecting of personal data for visiting our website
Our website is used for purely informative usage. If you visit our website following technically necessary data is recorded to show the pages and ensure stability and security (legal base is Article 6 (1) from the GDPR):
- date and time of the request,
- name of the requested file,
- requested site,
- state of the access (file transferred successfully, file not found, etc.)
- used web browser and operating system
- complete IP address of the requesting computer
- data volume transferred
For reasons of technical security, this data is stored for a short time. After seven days the data will be anonymized by shortening the IP address in a way that referencing to a single user is not possible anymore. In addition, the anonymized data is analyzed for statistical reason. These are not matched with any available customer versions.
